RESULTS: | Zinc oxide (ZnO) powders draw in from top surface with down-mode. Following incorporation of powder, up-mode recirculates ZnO particles through high shear. |
AB MIXER: | Model C-2-3 Reversible Homogenizer 7.5 HP, 3600 RPM. |
BENEFIT: EQUIPMENT REPLACED | Mixing time cut in half. Particle size distribution reduced resulting in smoother product that is better for sensitive skin. Added to existing scraper kettle. Single shaft vertical slot can mixer replaced. |
