Wetted parts Type 316 S/S nozzle tools system with rotor ring and stator ring opposing. Outer rotor with 2860 - 0.5 mm. dia. nozzles/outer stator with 2805 - 0.5 mm nozzle propagate 150 psig. pressurization/cavitational sequences over 500 million times per second.
1-1/2" 150# flange inlet and 1-1/2" flange outlet.
Double mechanical seal with viton o-rings on shaft for operation to 150 psig at 280 deg. F.
Ball bearing mounted shaft, 2 angular, 1 cylindrical in cast iron bearing housing oil lubricated.
Belt driven at 7200 RPM by 30 HP, 3600 RPM, explosion proof motor. For use on 3/60/230 or 460 volt service. Starter omitted. 304 S/S base.

Additional for installed double mechanical seal cooling and pressurization system
including recirculation pump, heat exchanger, reservoir, back pressure gauge,

portable push dolly with 6 X 3 Dicon and 30 HP motor starter (specify voltage).
All necessary interconnecting hydraulic tubing between seal system and seal is
installed. Wiring between motor starter, flow switch, and Dicon is provided
