Wetted parts Type 316 S/S chamber tools system with rotor ring and stator ring intermeshing. Outer rotor with 1.5 mm. holes/outer stator with 1.5 holes propagate 150 psig. pressurization/cavitational sequences over 500 thousand times per second.
6" 150# flange inlet and 4" flange outlet.
Double mechanical seal with viton o-rings on shaft for operation to 150 psig at 280 deg. F.
Ball bearing mounted shaft, 2 angular, 1 cylindrical in cast iron bearing housing oil lubricated.
Belt driven at 3000 RPM by 100 HP, 1800 RPM, explosion proof motor. For use on 3/60/230 or 460 volt service. Starter omitted. 304 S/S base.
