2" diameter conical inlet flange with quick release clamp to 12 liter cone bottom jacketed recirculation tank, suitable for vacuum. 1" diameter sanitary ferrule outlet with quick release clamps to three-way valve to recirculation manifold or discharge. Sanitary ferrule joint gaskets Viton. No. 4 finish minimum on all stainless steel surface.
Double mechanical seal with Viton o-rings on shaft.
V-belt pulley drive system for 1750, 3500 and 7000 RPM impeller speed with 3 HP 3/60/230-460V service, NEMA Type 12 starter. Stainless steel base, No. 4 polish minimum.

Unit is installed on portable push dolly with 3 x 1.5 Dicon and 7.5 HP
motor starter (specify voltage). All necessary interconnecting
hydraulic tubing between seal system and seal is installed. Wiring
between motor starter for Dicon and flow switch/pressure switch is provided.
All controls and switches are installed in NEMA 4X enclosure (not explosion proof)
